We started off in 2017 but finally got established in 2018
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The soon the better for us. We also have an emergency package and the client has to contact us at least 40days before their event.
Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
Yes All our potential clients have to book in for a consultation with us before we start providing our services to them so that we see how we can help them bring their dream event to life. Clients have to send an email to us to book in for a consultation.
What is your payment terms?
20% of the cost as soon as the contract has been signed. 30% when the gown is mid way and 30% to be paid 1 month before the gown is delivered and 20% of the final pick up
