How far in advance should your client contact you?
2-3 month before the session (prewedding, wedding, engagement, pangajian/siraman, etc)
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Prewedding: breaks doesn't count on working hour. example, 1st set planned at 6-9, moving from first set to second set takes 90 minutes, so the second set counts at 11-14
Engagement, Pengajian/Siraman, Wedding: working hour started 1-2 hours before the event. We documenting from preparation (1-2 hours after preparation for make up started)
What payment systems are available for your business?

What is your payment terms?
Prewedding, Engagement, Maternity: 1mio for down payment, h+14 paid off
Wedding: 30% for down payment, 40% H-7, and 30% H+14

We are photographer team that mentored, curated and also managed by Hieros Photography. Different from our big brother, our picture takes lighter mood.
