Engagement | Sam & Winny
by The Wagyu Story

Updated on 13 November 2017

It’s not very often we meet a couple who are very talented, highly devoted to God, and compliment each other in so many ways. That’s what we think about Samuel and Winny. Samuel is a music professor at a theology school here in Indonesia and he has voice more powerful than Il Divo. While Winny is not only a great child psychologist but also musically talented, not only she has beautiful voice, she also can play the piano, harp, and violin very well. She’s also a church activist and helps out on the music team for Sunday service. So you can imagine if those two combine, it’ll be like Sound of Music’s Von Trap family that sing perfectly each time. And they both thank God for the talents they have. They are also the type of couple who dares to accept challenges from us. With the theme of “spring” in their mind for their session, we came up with a crazy idea of bringing along a piano into the woods. And not only that, Winny added up and said “Hey, I don’t mind bringing along the harp as well.” Transporting the musical instruments were definitely not easy, but teamwork did make the dream works! Having booked the photo shoot location prior to the day, we were much surprised to see that there were a lot of soldiers training there. So I was thinking… “Let’s get them all in the photos instead, it’ll definitely be a once in a lifetime opportunity.” Our driver helped us talk with the commander in chief and he said yes! Scroll down to see some of our very favourite photos from this amazing session, and hope you enjoy this photo like we did. Cheers ~ http://www.thewagyustory.com/blog/samuel-winny-one-tune-in-love/
