//our fathers’ hearts\\ After featuring the wedding proposal of Samuel and Eileen a year ago (vimeo.com/84307914), we'd like to share their wedding day that took place a few months ago. However, in this video, it'll not be so much about featuring them, I'd like to bring our audience's attention to their parents this time round, more specifically, their fathers, Uncle Joe (Samuel's dad) and Uncle Wilson (Eileen's dad). Let's talk about Uncle Joe first. It was with Uncle Joe's creativity and painstaking efforts that a nautical wedding was born. he actually spent many days and nights to prepare the decorations for the church solemnisation and the wedding reception. He single-handedly took up the responsibility of decorating the church with the colourful ribbons and styrofoam decoration. It was with a father's heart, that he wanted to do something memorable for Samuel's big day as the family welcomed a new member. As for Uncle Wilson, what we could felt was a father's heart when he was giving Eileen away at the altar. He asked the pastor if he could say a few words before Samuel and Eileen recited their wedding vows in front of all the witnesses at church. We could hear from his voice, as much as he is happy to see the two of them getting married, his heart breaks a little when he gave his daughter away. It was at the wedding of Samuel and Eileen, we understood parents' love for their children and more specifically, we understood more clearly a father's heart for his children. Behind the always-stern-and-strict face of a father, we want to recognise that fathers too, love their children in many untold ways. As Samuel and Eileen embarked on their next chapter in life, we want to wish them many blissful decades ahead as they began their second decade together as lovers for life.
