//a dash of colours\\ When Daryl approached us to capture his wedding proposal to Shu Han, he had alot of ideas on the proposal set-up. But he had one challenge, the biggest obstacle was to keep her in the dark. Shu Han has been very sharp, knowing that being together for about 7 years, at the time of the proposal, Daryl will be proposing really soon, just don't know when. Hence, with the help of Matt, he created a photoshoot contest on Facebook. Meet With Matt was giving away one free photoshoot to one couple with the most memorable story shared. It was a very organic approach and seemingly easy job for Daryl because Shu Han found out about the photoshoot without Daryl doing much. Needless to say, there could only be one winner and Daryl and Shu Han "walked away" with the "free" photoshoot. So it happened in NTU, where they first fell in love. They had the idea to use coloured powders for the photoshoot and it was after which, Daryl popped the question with a surprise party by their friends in NTU Hall 14. Shu Han would have never guessed that Daryl would propose when they all looked messed up because she has told Daryl before that she must look her best when he proposed if he'd like her to say yes! Bearing that in mind, Daryl arranged for her friends to help her with cleaning up and make-up after the messy photoshoot while he cleaned up and get ready for the biggest moment in his life yet. Daryl prepared a video montage with the photos of the journey they've walked together so far and also, a short snippet of him asking her parents for their blessings. It wrapped up with a song strummed by Daryl with a guitar and that was how Daryl won Shu Han's hand in marriage. Congrats to Daryl & Shu Han who just got married last night.
