Couple likes to the W Hotel's ambiance and it surrounded by the sea. The wedding starts with the couple & bridesmaids taking a sail out to the open sea on a yacht for photo taking. An outdoor ceremonial at the lawn of W Hotel then a sit down 6-course sit-down lunch at the ballroom. Space at the foyer was a big challenge for the team due to its lengthy and narrow walkway. Luckily, at the last week prior the wedding we manage to change the ballroom to the main ballroom of W Hotel with the whole foyer for our usage. Next challenge came was the program. With Wedding Solemnization, Tea Ceremony and a Sit-Down Lunch within an afternoon pose a big challenge to make sure the couple have sufficient rest and time to refresh while the guests are occupied and comfortable at all times. The close cosey wedding end off with a bang at the post wedding party at the Hotel's bar with booze and music.
