Something that I love as a photographer is we have a remarkable phenomena in Indonesia called “early-age marriage”. This is when a 21-27 years old boy marries a 20-25 years old girl or younger. I always adore a boy who bravely asked to a girl’s father to make her daughter be his wife. I adore their decision to celebrate their love with a responsible act as marriage. And here we go, our young marriage couple: Isma and Andi. I love their pure smile and laugh when they were officially married. They were nervous, happy, and yet felt mixed up what to do. I could see Isma’s body shaking when she had to kiss her husband’s hand. I could also feel how happy Andi and Isma were in the middle of their awkward-but-happy moment :D. xoxo, Posko Studio 86
