When Canadian couple Robert and Rebecca visited Gaiole in Chianti, Italy, in 2013 for a cycling trip, they came across an Italian family celebrating a birthday outside a restaurant where they were dining. Wine was flowing, a delicious aroma of Italian cuisine surrounded the area but most importantly, there was laughter and love. This moment resonated with Robert and Rebecca and once he popped the question to her in Ottawa, Canada, only one type of celebration came to mind for their wedding: an Italian one!
