There is nothing as painful as betrayal by those whom we love and have the best intentions towards. It is even worse when those who blatantly let others down have reached such a hardened stage where they think they are justified in pleasing themselves and hurting others with malice. Much as we show forgiveness, love and extend the hand of reconciliation, for our own sake as well, there will be reckoning for those who keep hurting and inflicting others deliberately and knowingly because they will end up hurting themselves the most in the end.
