This original composition of mine, from my eighth album "Embrace"(https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/embrace/id987822293) is about how important it is to have a heart of genuine empathy and compassion toward others. In our quest for success, we can become so callous and cruel towards others, unaware of the fact that our hurtful words and actions can ruin the lives and self esteem of many. Having struggled with learning and health difficulties since young, I have learned the hard way what it means to struggle through things most people find easy to handle. I have been, and still am the receiving end of much bullying, discrimination and rejection. But through it all, I am thankful for God's guidance, provision of family and loved ones who have been there for me and the support of those who have encouraged and lifted me up in the midst of my journey here.
