When Traditional Meets Modern: Resided in New Zealand, Mrs. Leony wanted traditional attire for her wedding. We attempted to make this traditional look more modern for her. We discussed everything through Zoom Meetings, discussing the design and measuring process with the help of her fiancé. The whole online process was new for both of us, we didn't even have a chance for a fitting session. The kebaya was made out of golden silk bustier and skirt. The top is covered by darker gold shade embroidery, beaded with crystal beads and pearls, and handmade organza flowers across the shoulder. Mrs. Leony requested the crystal color to match her engagement ring, so we added some Swarovski crystal around the neck to match the color. Even without fitting at all, we are glad that the attire fits Mrs. Leony perfectly. We are truly honored to be trusted to create her wedding attire from far away.
