Guests of The LataLiana Estate enjoy delicious home-cooked meals whenever they fancy – an important component of a relaxing villa experience. The extensive, reasonably priced a la carte menu includes Indonesian, Asian and international choices. Highly recommended International dishes include grilled chicken kebab, snacks such as chicken quesadilla and zucchini fritters, and the chef’s sinful chocolate fondue cake. Indonesian favourites include Nasi Goreng (fried rice), the famous beef curry Rendang Daging, and Pepes Ikan (minced fish baked in banana leaves). The barbecue menu, with its tempting ‘land ‘n’ sea’ options is also very popular. Complimentary American or Continental breakfast is served daily and all menus are complemented by a comprehensive list of wines, premium spirits, cocktails, mocktails, fresh juices and soft drinks. This makes meal ordering easy, but should guests require items that are not on the menu, the three accomplished chefs will be happy to accommodate any special requests or special diets. Items not listed on the menu are charged at cost with a 20% mark-up to cover the grocery shopping service. Try our Oasis Restaurant situated within the grounds of Villa Kubu (LataLiana’s sister property) and sample freshly made delights prepared by our star chef. Also on LataLiana’s doorstep you will find an amazing selection of dining and wining options, from internationally acclaimed world class restauarants to cheap and cheerful traditional warungs. Strolling a few hundred yards further will bring you to the beach where sunset cocktails and late night bars abound – your only problem will be in choosing where to spend your time.
