This confection concocted of tulle, crystals and glittered tulle is a sparkly dream come true! In one of our classic designs, this intricately ruched tulle creation in a mermaid silhouette is layered upon with dreamy glittered tulle amongst the many layers like a sprinkle of glistening sugar.
