Bloom and Revel Collection

Elvi Design is delighted to announce the release of their 2015 collection, inspired by the brides they work with, resulting in two core style themes. To honour this diversity; the collection has been released in two parts. Part I, titled ‘Bloom’, was created with the bohemian bride in mind. The gowns are made from soft, free-flowing fabrics, with gentle floral detailing using lace and beadwork. These romantic designs offer a sense of the whimsical and are perfect for more relaxed settings such as the beach, the bush or the increasingly popular backyard wedding. Part II, titled ‘Revel’, lends to traditional bridal designs with a twist. The feminine, figure-enhancing gowns are structured and crisp with clean lines and intricate lacework. Once again, Sandra plays with the tea-length wedding gown to create fun wedding dresses. Sandra Searle, lead designer, sums up the experience of shooting the images for this recent collection; “ We worked with a talented bunch of Perth vendors to create a look to suit each part of the collection. The models hair and make-up was soft and natural to suit the relaxed nature of ‘Bloom’ before being turned into a dramatic look for ‘Revel’. City Farm proved the perfect backdrop for the shoot, providing the right contrast to the intricate detail of the gowns.”
