Sangjit Organizer Service • Half day Service (3 Professional crews) • Assist on the detail preparation with selected vendors • Time Keeper on every procession on D-day • Vendor Reference on any needs • Provide a whole-set detail of rundown • Set up Technical meeting with all involved vendors (if necessary) • Provide rundown & details for Sangjit ceremony • Help to assist and organize the Sangjit ceremony, especially during the procession • Coordinate and supervise the venue for Sangjit necessities & Food • Set up on the Sangjit’s preparation • Supervise the decoration & Venue preparation • Provide a Checker • Manage F&B Forecast, Food Test (if necessary) and D-day flow Wedding Organizer Service - Standing Party • Full day Service (10-12 Professional crews) • Assist on the detail preparation with selected vendors • Time Keeper on every procession on D-day • Vendor Reference on any needs • Provide a whole-set detail of rundown • Set up Technical meeting with all involved vendors • Provide experienced assistants for B&G, Groom’s family, Bride’s family & The Bridal Party since the Morning until end of the Event • Fully in charged for The Matrimony on the day • Take lead for the whole Tea Ceremony in International way (Bahasa – English) • Provide MC and Tea set along with Treasure bag for Tea ceremony • Provide any amenities for Morning procession and Matrimony (e.g: ShuangXi, ring box, angpao box, etc) • Supervise the decoration & Venue preparation • Provide a Checker • Manage F&B Forecast, Food Test (if necessary) and D-day flow • Manage VIP Guest Protocol & Flow (if necessary) • Fully in charged on the Wedding program on the Reception
