- Effectively Take over all the fixed vendors 60 days before the wedding - Arrange the wedding rundown - Arrange and conduct one technical meetings with family members - Arrange and conduct one technical meetings with vendors On the Wedding Day - Responsible for the whole activities from morning call to the end of wedding reception - Prepare all properties and equipment to be delivered to Person in Charge. - Distributing the final rundown to all vendors - Managing the Akad or Holy Matrimony - Managing Cultural Ceremony on the wedding day - Maintaining good relationship between family, vendors and all related parties for the event - Provide minimum 7 professional crews set on the venue - Conduct the rehearsal ceremony 3 hours before the wedding reception
