Assisted for giving idea and concept, how the theme and rundown will be for wedding event. 4. Assisted to implement all concepts and idea to wedding card, decoration, souvenir, wedding gown, rundown and others. 5. Making the committee and duties for each committee members. 6. Monitoring all committee duty at the event. 7. Budgeting Consultation and Discussion 8. Finalizing and implementing rundown at the The Day 9. Assisting the client to find, select and have meeting with vendor for below things: -Wedding Card. -Souvenir & Thank you Card. -Wedding Gown. -Wedding Cake . -Photographer & Videographer . - MC and entertainment, etc. -Make Up and Hair Do. -Decoration and Florist . 10. Coordinating technical meeting, between supplier & client, also with the committee if needed. 11. Providing minimum 3-4 (Four) crew members for conducting the event on The Day or refer to the event's scale. 12. Accompanying our client, monitoring the process and detail, assisting the client for the smooth running of the event. 13.
