    What is included in your photoshoot package?
    Digital files,  Hi-Res image
    Will you provide all the digital files and/or negatives (or copies of the negatives) to the client?
    Yes Yes we do, all edited (but no RAW, no retouching included) in high resolution on a private server space.

    What makes your services unique?
    We love romance and we love life. We're suckers for romantic movies that make you laugh and cry at the same time. We love to capture the romance and the love of our wedding couples and the photos captured, ultimately will become family heirlooms for the next generation. C'est La Vie!
    Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
    Yes We're open only by appointment.
    What rate do you usually charge at?
    We have a base event rate and an additional hourly rate that you can choose to add when necessary.
    When was your business established?
    We started our business since 2005 as full time professional photographers and videographers.
    Do you have replacement on the D-Day in the off chance you become unavailable?
    Yes We have a senior team available if the principal photographers are not available.
    How far in advance should your client contact you?
    Best if 9-12 months ahead of the schedule but do enquire anyways as sometimes we may have available dates at the shortest notice :)

    How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
    We truly believe in natural smiles and candid moments. We have our secrets to get the best reactions from our couples. And if the client prefers, we will do poses against a great backdrop or setting or location that will tell a great story.
    What is your payment terms?
    * 50% upon booking confirmation * 50% 2 weeks before the event date.
    Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
    Yes Various different kinds of cameras - from medium format down to action cameras.
    How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
    Our standard delivery - photography complete 45 days after the event and 90 days for videography.

    Yes There will be an additional hour rate available and a surcharge imposed for hours beyond 11pm.

    Yes We travel internationally depending on client's preferences.
    How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
    Our standard delivery - photography complete 45 days after the event and 90 days for videography.
    What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
    Clients via their wedding planners are responsible to provide the crew with hot meals for all service coverage of 4 hours or more. Crew will take turns for 20 minute breaks during dinner reception service.
