We started Pempek Samfood in 2015, as the first mini eatery to sell Palembang local food in Sidoarjo.
What makes your services unique?
We use the fresh and high quality fish and ingredients to make pempek and tekwan. We also make 'cuko' as a sauce from pure Aren sugar imported from Lubuk Linggau. We believe that for such a special celebration, both you and your guests should be able to choice and enjoy the several of savory food variants. That's how we serve our product in food stall to give an alternative choice for another local food from Palembang.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
The most ideal time would be around 1-3 months. The sooner would certainly be better.
What is your payment terms?
The payment is done in two parts; the first 50% down payment is done after the order is confirmed, and the remaining 50% should be settled at least a week before the wedding date.
We began Pempek Samfood in 2015 in Sidoarjo. We serve Palembang culinary such as pempek, tekwan (fish soup) and fish bone chips. Our menu may have started with Pempek Kapal Selam, Lenjer Besar, (Ada'an, Telor Kecil, Lenjer Kecil in mini size). We just created our new pempek creation with garlic cheese cream as a filling. We are now opening mini eatery at Pepelegi-Sidoarjo, and we also support for several gathering events.
