No. Physical samples are available in our showroom. You can come and visit us to see them.
Do you have a return policy?
No. We have multiple approval process during the making of the gifts/hampers/souvenirs/favors. Customers need to agree at a certain step before we continue to the next one. This applies from designing to mass producing. So if customers have approved at all steps, there is no reason to return the products.
