Had fun having them as our wedding videographer!
Lost Isle team really delivered the quality they promised when they handed us the final video of our wedding day. We had to admit we were sort of challenging them to come up with the most 'unconceptualised' video making, only to capture the most spontaneous moments spurred in our reception dinner from the invites - and they presented what is more than we expected! We can't say anything further than their creative approach is the best, and how accommodating they are when it comes to their creative process - I know I was very directive back then, yet they were very open to our inputs or even direction, haha. We're always very proud to show our video whenever our friends or relatives stopping by to our place!

How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
To be honest its always up to the couple. I have had brides want me to direct them to get more of a movie feel to their wedding film and I have had brides that want me to blend in. It's really up to the couple!
What rate do you usually charge at?
We are a very flexible company and the most important thing is making you happy. We charge per event but we would be happy to customize JUST for you!
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
1-2 weeks after the wedding day! We make magic in the editing room!
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Whenever they can. We are always ready to accommodate our clients!
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
Depending on the scale of the wedding we will adjust accordingly.

What makes your services unique?
We use our artistic eyes to capture the best moments so the film is as breathtaking as the subject. When editing, we’ll collaborate with you to find the main focus of your film and the musical score, if you wish, or you can give up the reins and let us work our magic. With your family generations to come and our reputation at stake, we always want to make sure our clients are as excited with our art as we are.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
We don't take breaks... Seriously. haha Just kidding. But no worries, we pay for our own meals.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, Credit card payment, PayPal, Cash
What is your payment terms?
25% deposit should be settled within 7 days of booking confirmation of our services otherwise the booking will be released automatically. 75% balance should be paid within 7 days of shooting time. Our cancelation fee is the deposit.
