Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
We will travel anywhere in the US. Client pays for all travel expenses.
Do you do a same day edit?
We currently don't do same day edits. We try to keep costs down as much as possible. Same day edits could be a possibility but we would have to charge for two extra staff members to be on site. You can inquire about this through our website.
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
We use some of the latest camera and audio gear available. However, we believe the gear don't make the film great. Our experience and skills is what makes a great film possible. Gear helps but is not the deciding factor in a quality wedding film.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
depends on the circumstances though. In most cases we do have backup camera men/women.
Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
To serve our clients with great service we do need to schedule a call or chat session to go over the details. We also meet face to face whenever possible.
Are you available to shoot after hours?
Depends on scheduling but, in most cases we can make accommodations.
How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
Usually I don't direct so much as I just hat things happen. I will direct about 25% of the day and the remaining is all natural.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge based on packages.
How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
3-6 months depending on back log.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
As long as we are free a good solid week is good enough for us.
How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
It all depends on the job. Each job is assessed individually.
