Yes, we provide our services outside Surabaya. While our main coverage is Surabaya Raya and East Java, we're open to serving other cities upon request—let’s talk and see what’s possible for your event!

We recommend contacting us at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure availability and personalized preparation. However, we’re always happy to check for last-minute possibilities too—just reach out, and we’ll do our best to make it work!
What payment systems are available for your business?
Credit card payment, Cheques, Cash, Bank transfer
What is your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 50% upon confirmation and the remaining 50% at least 1 hour prior to the service on-site.
However, we remain flexible and open to adjustments based on the agreed contract or special arrangements with clients.
When was your business established?
KOFFIETOGO was established in September 2022, and since then, we've been proudly serving freshly brewed coffee with consistency, creativity, and warmth across our branches
Minimum and maximum number of guests
We can cater to a minimum of 30 guests and scale up to a maximum of 300 guests.
For special requests beyond this range, feel free to discuss with us—we’re happy to explore the possibilities.

Yes, we can provide our own wait staff as part of the service. Details can be discussed and tailored based on your event's scale and needs.
