Conrad Bali

Conrad Bali has long established itself as one of the best wedding venues in Bali. I think it is mainly due to the excellent service from the staff. I would like to especially mention Beatrix and Fembri for their wonderful support. I planned my wedding remotely from Osaka, Japan and the staff is incredibly helpful and sincere in offering multiple options to make our wedding a dream come true.

We did our venue survey 8 months ago and was looking for a chapel to have our Holy Matrimony done at. Conrad was the third venue we went to and our survey was handled by Mbak Beatrix. We fell in love at the second we understood the philosophy behind the Infinity Chapel and realized “this is it” because it’s not just another beautiful architecture. We think it just fit us right there and then. Was it affordable? Not exactly. But the team was pretty lenient in negotiating the terms of payment and offered us free upgrades without even being asked. You won’t have to push and pull when dealing with the Conrad wedding team because they aim to make your dream wedding come true and fit into your budget one way or another. The best part? They all do it with a happy heart and won’t judge you (for having a budget set) or rip you off with extra this and that. Seriously, we mean it—they’re just the best. Getting closer to the day we were also handle by Mbak Novita Trisna. A very lovely and accommodating person in charge, helped with a very ready on their toes banquet team. Every single requests of ours was dealt with perfectly and timingly, even the last minute ones! This attitude has also been carried out by all the other staffs at Conrad too, the room service, receptions, concierge, cleaning service, every single one! Just amazing. We also had a complimentary spa treatment at Jiwa Spa, and the therapists have got such magic hands, hahaha. The holy matrimony itself was just perfect and beyond our imagination. Getting married by the beach inside a beautiful chapel, with such beautiful decorations and wonderful singers/musicians (led by our Worship Leader & Pastor). We had our early 3 days honeymoon stay here too (and I didn’t actually want to move out, I wish we had planned a longer stay here..) It was the highlight of our wedding trip and we couldn’t wait to go back :) Here’s the bottomline. A 5 stars resort with great service is a given (and expected). But one that makes you feel homey and perfect line of staffs that serve you from their heart? This is the one. I wouldn’t have it any other way. It’s worth every single effort and penny. (Complaints? Nope. Well, perhaps only the fact that Conrad’s going through major renovation which blocks us from viewing their cool main pool from the lobby, and several rooms blocked. It was generously compensated for us through room upgrades! :)) Thank you so much Mbak Novita, Mbak Beatrix & Whole Conrad Team We’re not sure what we did right to ever deserve such amazing vendors like you. We hope that if the Conrad management does see this review, you ask and evaluate what they had been doing and keep doing it, because this team just gave us the best experience throughout our wedding journey ups and downs.
