    Good communications

    Go beyond

    Their sevice is excellent. They know what to do yet bring the good mood for the whole day. They help us not only at the H day, but also with the preparations. We're really thankful for them.

    Smooth planning all the way

    With ZERO knowledge of the norms of what an engagement party should be like, Bozza really saved me. Bozza works in a calm and organized manner, never panicking or rushing anything. Wenwen is very down-to-earth and friendly to her clients and vendors. I felt completely at ease with her and I was able to share every excitement and frustration throughout the process of planning. She has great understanding of what I want my day to be like and she works efficiently according to the budget I have set for the party. There was an accident on my engagement day, where the wind and rain were insane and the beautifully decorated stage came down (the blame is on Mother Nature). Yet Wenwen manages to keep calm, keep ME calm, and fix the situation on-time like it never happened. She is greatly respected by all the vendors and her subordinates, and I am grateful that I chose Bozza as my EO :) Keep up the great work, Bozza!

    a great service comes from great WO

    the way Bozza treated vendors and it's client was two thumbs up ! Every couple facing the big day must be stressful, but this WO managed to calm and set the good mood to the couple. Every vendor must be under pressure working on the big day, but this WO managed to organize and made the atmosphere cheerful ... love to work with you again and again in the future

    Always love working with Bozza Team! Wenwen is very well in leading her team. Despite her young age, she is very professional in doing her job and attentive to clients as well as to vendors. Her bubbly personality makes the clients and vendors feel comfortable and it makes working fun! She can definitely handle pressure which sometimes occurs in every event.     Amazing Team

    Bozza Event Organizer is amazing team! very friendly, very professional, very down-to-earth. They take care of the bride, groom, family, bridesmaids and groomsmen) very well.     Wedding Planning

    What wedding planning services do you offer?
    We organize every single thing that will be included in your wedding. Every package that we offer will always consist of: - concept & planning - D-day team (number of personnel will be determined according to how big is your wedding, min. 10 person team) - Vendor communications & liaisons
    Do you support or cater to any specific religions?
    We cater to every religions. Our previous client were mostly from Catholic & Christian, so yes we are more experienced in handling clients from these two religions, but we also have clients from other religions.
    What sizes of weddings have you coordinated in the past? Min? Max?
    Our smallest wedding is a private party of 200 pax (Dinner Party) Our biggest wedding is a party of 2000 invitations, +/- 3000 pax (Standing Party)
    Do you plan weddings internationally?
    Yes, but transportation & accommodation charge is applicable accordingly.
    How soon should I book your services?
    We advise our clients to contact us at the very most 3 months before for D-day services, so we can help you to do final check and detailing. For a full planning service, please do contact us at the very beginning of your wedding planning. Most detailing are decided at the very beginning. For a wholesome wedding, we need to do a careful planning & a mature concepting process.
    What is required for booking your services?
    Just pick up your phone and reach us through any social media available. We provide many channels for you to contact us, including LINE, email, and BBM. You will be given a link to a google doc form where we will ask you the basic questions to your wedding before further meetings and consultations
    How many hours are included on the day of the wedding?
    We don't limit ourselves on the day of the wedding. We will be standing by from the start of the day, from your make-up sessions till the end of your wedding receptions, and make sure that everything is going smoothly till the end.

    Full planning
    What sort of planning do you cover?
    Wedding styling and concept,  Budget preparation,  Detailed task checklist,  Attendee list preparation,  Venue selection,  Reception planning,  Rehearsal dinner planning,  Ceremony planning, sangjit
    What is your primary expertise?
    Intimate wedding, Catholic
    Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
    at least 2 days in advance.
    Minimum and maximum number of guests of a wedding you would coordinate
    Min. 200 pax Max. 3000 pax
    Do you speak other languages should there be any overseas couple who wants to use your services?
    Mandarin, English

    The Most Ideal will be around 8-12 Months prior to their Wedding

    From 5 am to 11 Pm

    10% on the deal price 20% - 3 months prior to D-day Full Payment - 2 days before D-day Maximum

    We believe that WEDDING is a sacred thing, your wedding day is the first steps into your marriage life. So in believing that, from next year onwards we will limit ourselves with ONE WEDDING/MONTH to ensure careful planning and a D-day as smooth as possible.
