I always have pre meetings with them on Weber, zoom, meet to enlighten them on how is gonna be. On the actual event day is just a gentle reminder to avoid confusion

We charged hourly, package picked by the client or both

The most clients should contact us is 1 week to 9 months prior to the event

Clients can provide meals but is OK for our videographers to take their meals

10% after conformation of contact, 60% before the wedding and 30 on final delivery
