Artea Event Organizer

I don’t know where to start here, because if I could give Artea 1000 stars review, I would! We chose Artea because it is important for us to have a wedding planner and organizer that has experienced with Multicultural Wedding. We live in Singapore, not Jakarta (where our venue is), From the beginning, Artea has been sooooo helpful with the planning. They are do organized that I feel like I don’t even need to keep a note from my side as a bride. They always remind me the things that are pending, the things I need to do and follow up, and some stuff that I might have forgotten. My husband is a foreigner in which both Parents are from UK and Singapore, so having a traditional Indonesian Minang wedding would be a shock to them. But Artea was very helpful to keep my in-laws informed, have everything detailed in English so they understand what will happen and what is expected. Marrying a foreigner means a lot of additional documents to be done. Artea team did their research and help us to get those documents done and completed. Not only that, Artea has good relationships with great other vendors so they can recommend you what are the good vendors based on what you need. On the day of the wedding itself, artea team is 10000/10000 🥹🥹🥹👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 they prioritize the groom and bride (understand that we’re tired and sometimes need our privacy time) and SO HELPFULLLLLLL TO OUR FAMILY (not only immidiate family, but also all my extended family). To Mbak Renate, Mbak Angel, Mbak Akte, Mbak Inda, Oby, and all team members of Artea that are involved on our wedding from planning to the D-day, we are eternally grateful to you all. Thank you very much for making our special day went ALL SMOOTH, and beautiful. Our families praise your excellent service to this day. We cannot recommend you enough to our fellow bride & groom to-bes. Artea really take it to the next level for SERVICE EXCELLENCE. The Artea team did an excellent job organising our wedding at Plataran Dharmawangsa! They were always on time for preparation meetings, well prepared with checklists and forms, and led the vendors in an organised and structured way throughout the process, which I highly appreciate as I didn't have much time myself to organise due to work. During the day, the team catered to all our needs, adjusted quickly to last minute changes, and ran the event seamlessly! Our wedding is fantastic, we had time to actually relax and enjoy, and it was exactly what we wanted thanks to the Artea team :)
