How far in advance should your client make a booking?
The most ideal time for a client to book our services would be 6 to 12 months in advance of their date. Elopement can book 3 to 6 months ahead of their planned ceremony.
How many hours are included on the day of the wedding?
There is a 10 hour minimum for day of coordination to include preparations prior to the wedding day.

PayPal, Cheques, Cash
What is your payment terms?
50% deposit is due at the time of contract, the remaining 50% is due 14 days prior to the event. In the case of hourly rate services billing will offer on the 1st and 15th of every month. Invoices should be paid within 7 days.

Our business was founded in January of 2019, by Meg Lottman who has years of events experience with five if those years as a dedicated weddings specialist prior to starting Always & Adventure.
