We really love a wedding that makes you feel all warm and fuzzy and this one was definitely one of those! Watching Ashley and Alan say I do with their daughter, Lottie standing by their side was so special. I think both of us got a bit lost in the moment and for a little while forgot what we were there for! We had such great day and Ashley and Alan sure know how to throw a great party :) Family and friends obviously are a huge part of Ashley, Alan and Lottie’s life. Seeing how everyone played a role in bringing the day together was such a lovely thing to see. From the hours that everyone put into hanging the hundreds, maybe even thousands of fairy lights up in The Black Box Theatre (it looked amazing by the way) and the carefully put together table decorations to the numerous people who volunteered for jobs. Everyone pitched in and the day was so much more special because of it. Originally from the UK, Alan had some of his closest friends fly in to celebrate with the extra special surprise addition of his younger brother who came over just a couple of days before. After spending the day with both of them, we loved hearing the stories of how they met over in the UK during speeches from the ‘English Contingent’. During the course of the night it became clear that Ashley & Alan know how to laugh and have fun together. After all, they did organise a jumping castle and a Mr. Whippy Van!! It doesn’t get much better than that! To Ashley & Alan, we hope that you have many many more years of love and laughter… and for now we hope you all enjoy the photos. Jane & Lara
