Mrs. Henny & Mr. Budi Wedding Anniversary

Our regular client was celebrating their wedding anniversary. They want it to be special, intimate, grandeur. We sat down for a couple of weeks hashing down details of the events. We planned to the dot their wants and needs. We love working with the client. They enjoy and celebrate life. The client enjoy fine cuisine with the comfort of great friends; all the necessary ingredients that makes an awesome evening. The menu for the evening is as follows: Seared Slow-Cooked Canadian Scallop with Chive oil & Fresh Crab Cake with Basil Cream Chilled Angel Hair Pasta with Alba White Truffle Oil and Oscetra Caviar Chilean Seabass with Jalapeño Miso Seared Marinated Ribeye served with Spinach Cannelloni & Roasted Porcini Mushroom with Rocket Greens Tian of Orange, Mini Durian Pancake and Mango Sherbet with Berries Coffee & Tea with Petit Four It was a fine evening indeed.
