Bad experience, unprofessional attitude and was passive-aggressive and rude Make-up was cakey, did not get skin tone right, made one look like a different person, caused an outbreak of pimples

Whatsapp her on 7 March 2022 , paid deposit on 8 March 2022. I paid bridal price because my mum love her style so we don't mind the cost. My wedding is 8th January 2023, reason I booked way in advance because I have one more wedding held overseas thus I wanted to settle everything in advance. Fast forward to today, 20th September, her personal assistant informed me she is not able to make it on my date and refunded me. When asked what is the reason because it's so not professional, her assistance replied " some family issues". Bad work ethics and not professional. Definitely won't recommend.

Pat is the most underrated make up artist in Singapore!! i am really pride on my actual day look, but to be honest I was a little fearful towards the actual day but not anymore until the day I went for trial. She is so professional because she knows exactly what you want when you tell her your request. She is really quick too. She also always bring along a standing light which I think it’s really really important!! She is really good at natural glamorous look and I really think I look so Super beautiful that night! Thanks pat! And and her price is soooooo reasonable! She’s probably increasing her rate after getting more clients now but lucky for me because I found her before the increment. But nevertheless, I am more than sure she is still more reasonably priced than others and plus point her make up skills would suit everyone!
