How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
Following a timeline for the event is always key to capturing beautiful images. We direct when it is needed, but we also like to capture a lot of natural moments as they unfold. That is when the magic happens! We will help you build time into your timeline to ensure you have prepared for your photographic moments to be represented. Want a night shot overlooking the city? Want a special photo dancing with a guest who travelled to be with you? Any special details that we need to know about? We are open and flexible from beginning to end!
What rate do you usually charge at?

How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
The proofs are ready within 7-10 days after the event.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Package Products and albums must be ordered within 6 months of the wedding date and final delivery of the items takes 4-8 weeks depending on the size of the order.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Most clients book us a year in advance to get the date they desire.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Cash, Bank transfer, Credit card payment, PayPal, Cheques
When was your business established?
Our events business began in 1994 with the marriage of Tamara’s close friend who gave her creative license to photograph the wedding in her own style. After that Tamara was hooked & has photographed hundreds of weddings with her team!
What is your payment terms?
We require a deposit when booking your event and final payment on the day of the event. If you would like a payment plan one can be established for you.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
We flow with the events natural timeline and take turns covering for each other when a break is needed. We do require that we are seated for dinner as any guest would be and are given a normal guest meal. We find it is in the best interest of everyone if we are right there ready to go if something exciting happens during the dinner hour.
What makes your services unique?
We know our job and are always looking for those emotional moments to capture. We are super easy going and very flexible to work with. We are there to get as many special images as possible so we stay close and are ready for action. When we need to direct the shots we step in and do it, but otherwise we let you enjoy your day as it naturally unfolds according to your plan. When you choose us as your photographers we will give you a tip sheet on how to make your wedding images sparkle! Knowing how to handle being a bride does t always come naturally, but we can set you at ease so you can enjoy your day!

Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
We are a by appointment only studio. We use FaceTime & Skype for client meetings outside our local area.

Yes, we love to travel to locations.
Do you employ any special technologies, equipments, or techniques?
We use have our own special style, but do love black and white and use a camera that mimics old style Infrared photography. We do this because it has a magical feel that even with today’s filters cannot be replaced! A lot of clients love having these go
