When was your business established?
Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills is a newly-built 5-star resort to open in mid 2019. The first Pullman Resort in Indonesia, which offers 229 rooms & villas, 2 ballrooms, 4 meeting rooms, 4 swimming pools, fit & spa facilities, kids playground and other entertainment facilities.
What is your payment terms?
50% payment as deposit should be settled within 1 week upon signing the agreement, in order
to secure rooms & function space blocking. All deposit payment is non-refundable. Balance of payment should be settled by the latest 2 weeks prior to the event.
How far in advance should your client make a booking?
The most ideal time to contact for a client to contact us would be 6 months prior to the wedding.
