How far in advance should your client make a booking?
Ideally before you start any of the planning because of knowledge and experience there may be items in a contract that need addressing or aren’t there etc. that I am able to correct before you sign. I also provide day of coordination in which you have chosen your vendors and done the planning I am just there to tie up loose ends and make sure vendors are fulfilling contracts assist in set up and direction, and truly make your day magical! I have whipped together events in less than 24hrs, I don’t recommend this obviously, I recommend 8-12 months of planning so that nothing is booked or unavailable from your wish list

What makes your services unique?
My personal “bond” with my clients. I’m 100% on their side and have their best interest first. If they want a napkin folded a certain way and the venue or caterer doesn’t fold them that way, looks like I’m learning the fold and folding 200 napkins the night before. A pushy mother-in-law to be wants to add 50 guests? I got this. I truly care with all my heart and it shows.

What is your payment terms?
Negotiable, however usually 25-50% due at signing depending on how far out the event date is
