How far in advance should your client contact you?
It depends on the kind of service they would like to book. For the whole wedding planning service between 10 and 18 month prior the wedding date. For decoration and day-off-coordination at least 3 to 6 month prior the wedding.

50% deposit, 30% during the planning process and 20% latest 6 weeks prior the wedding

Our business started in 2012 in Berlin. Now were growing and growing and offering our services all over Germany, the south of France and Italy.

Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
As the wedding itself is a very intimate moment as well as the whole planning progress, it is very important to get to know each other in person. A skype call would be also an opportunity.

How far in advance should your client make a booking?
It always depends on how much support the couple may need for their wedding planning and of course what kind of Wedding they have in mind and of course of the month the couple wants to get married at. From our experience 9 to 12 months for a very big wedding and 6 to 10 month for a smaller wedding.

8 hours additional hours upon request
