    Our service to coordinate your wedding day includes the full day up until the end of your formalities.
    What makes your services unique?
    We provide complete wedding planning service that includes professional advice, supplier research such as venue, with support and assistance from start to finish of planning your wedding. This covers all aspects of your special day, managed by a dedicated wedding planner that’ll arrange meetings with wedding vendors, source all quotations, manage budgets and payments and be present on your wedding day to ensure all goes all.

    What is your payment terms?
    40% deposit is required to secure our wedding planning services, while individual vendors that are engaged will have their own payment terms, normally 30-50% deposit as well. The full balance of the payment is made 1 month prior to your event.

    Engaging me to style your wedding or event doesn’t entail having a set product list or pricelist rather I would look at what you’re hoping to achieve and envision and work out the design to create it. We’re very upfront with our costs whether we’re planning your wedding, styling the event or manage your corporate event, we tailor our services to your individual event.

    We have been planning weddings and events for over 15 years, and our core service is helping couples have with incredible wedding. We are highly respected within the wedding and events industry and are known for our connections with our clients, flexible to the needs of our clients, while being trend setters both international and local weddings. This is what we live and breath – creating incredible experiences for weddings, events and our corporate clients. It’s not a side business or “hustle” that is a hobby or after a course we took over the weekend.
    What do you differently to other planners or stylists?
    We strongly believe to perfectly create your wedding or event it should be designed and planned from start to finish; and that takes being intimately involved in each step of your event. That way it’s perfect. And that’s what we specialise in – design, plan, manage and executing the vision for your event. Rather than rely on suppliers and external companies to fulfil a brief that’s created for your event, Anna and Bailey execute the event with our staff and teams to ensure your event is as perfect as possible. Here are some benefits of doing that: + One contact person to deal with, + One company to deal with for logistics, payments and communication, + Concise management of each step of event, + Minimal number of “bump-in” or “setup” costs + Having us handle discussions with your venue to ensure everything is in place, + A much more personal touch with one of or event managers, or Bailey and Anna.
    What is included in your styling service?
    I do not charge an event or wedding styling fee on top of any style, decorations, lighting, or other set installations required to fulfil the vision of your event. As each piece that is designed, created or hired for your event is owned by me, the wedding styling costs is all inclusive. At times your vision may require an external supplier (for instance, Tiffany wedding chairs, or additional furniture lounges for example), these would be quoted to you at highly competitive prices that are exclusive to me.
    How do you choose which suppliers to use while planning our wedding or event?
    Before we provide you a list of suppliers we have a discovery session to create a brief of your event, then suppliers are matched to that brief? Typically you’d receive several suppliers in each category that way you have real choice as well, and these are ones that we’ve had positive experiences with. Our past clients love what they’ve done and who they are so we are delighted to be able to refer them. Here’ a list of some of these event suppliers. Should you have a list of suppliers you’d love to engage with, such as a specific wedding photographer, entertainment company, or even music band, we’ll reach out to check their availability and discuss terms on your behalf.
    What’s the difference between a wedding planner and wedding stylist?
    Planning a wedding can be stressful and a confronting experience, with a lot of run arounds to plan & book things for your event or wedding, and often it’s a balancing act between personal life, work life, trying to enjoy your engagement, or recent marriage proposal. So the wedding planner is the the one left to plan your event, book the vendors and ensures plans are fulfilled. Whilst a Wedding Stylist creates the creative style of your event. I am experienced as a Wedding Planner and Stylist, as well as being the hands-on Senior Stylist/Decorator for each event.
    How do you charge? Is it based on an hourly rate or a percentage of budget?
    Our wedding planning services are charged at a flat rate, even bundled together for some savings; these flat rates would take into account for travel, consultations and anything else involved in the service. As each event or wedding is unique, the wedding styling cost would be based on staffing, travel and work required. You’d be quoted as a separate cost before any work is carried out.
    Who is the florist that will be providing the arrangements?
    With over 15 years of floral designs, I lead a team of florists, event stylists and creatives that I have personally hand picked. We are all involved in creating your special day, including me as I am hands-on for each wedding. Being the florist and having an internal team of florists, I do not offer rental of my pieces to other wedding stylists or florists, nor would we work in conjunction with an external florist. It just makes things much cleaner especially because we’re all trained to create these unique styles perfectly.
    How many weddings do you style or plan each weekend? Will you be able to really concentrate on ours?
    As much as I’d love to create fabulous weddings & events for every bride and client that approaches me, there is a limit to how weddings & event functions we can do each year. Depending on the size of each and what is required, I would also take only one large wedding if my entire team is required to fulfil the vision. I have a team that I am fortunate to be able to rely on so we are able to service a limited number of weddings each weekend. Each wedding that we take on will have a dedicated senior stylist and team leader on the day to ensure the set up, installation and styling is looked after. Often I am dedicated to a particular wedding along with my senior team and team leader; where we have multiple weddings on the same day, I am in constant contact with my team leader and would inspect each wedding throughout the day.
