The Soap Project is very recommended! The product is affordable, customizable (so happy that I can request for my own label!). They're also super cooperative and fast response. I asked to send the souvenir from Jakarta to Bandarlampung and the delivery is safe and ontime. Some of the souvenirs was broken on the first delivery, but The Soap Project sent another one to replace the broken candles. Thank you The Soap Project for saving my event! :)

Is there a minimum order requirement?
15 pcs for gathering favor (such as bridal shower and dinner party), 100 pcs for event favor (wedding)
Do you provide delivery services?
We deliver your package through JNE (if the package to be delivered outside of Jadetabek areas) and Gocar/Grab. Therefore, there would be delivery charge.
Do you ship worldwide?
at the moment we only provide our service for those in Indonesia.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer

What is your payment terms?
55% after contract confirmation, 45% after the customer received our items
How far in advance should your client make an order?
For orders up to 100 pcs for such as bridal shower, dinner party, bridesmaid gift, and etc., the latest will be 2 weeks before the favors will be given.
For event favor (200 pcs-1,000 pcs), the latest is 1 month prior to the wedding.
