We tell them to calm down first, and remember about beauty memories they had, telling their stories to each other, and repeat until they had their feelings to take photos.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
Usually the client pay for our accomodation : include transportation and meal fee.
