Choosing Vowever from the very start has been an absolute joy, filled with clear, connected communication and genuine dedication. Bella, our lead, has been such a pleasure to work with. She always goes above and beyond, making sure everything is well-organized and taken care of. She has also become like a dear big sister to us, looking out for us every step of the way. Andrew and I were able to enjoy every moment of our wedding day to the fullest - all thanks to the Vowever team, whose excellent internal communication and seamless coordination with all our vendors ensured that everything ran perfectly. Our family members and guests were also treated with warmth and hospitality, and everyone truly enjoyed the celebration. Once again, thank you, Bella, Anthony, and the entire Vowever crew. Our dream wedding came true because of you!

It took me a while to write this review because I honestly didn't even know where to begin. From the moment we booked with Vowever about 2 years prior to our actual wedding date we knew that we'd be in good hands. They guided us through the entire process and always had excellent communication; especially considering the fact that planning a wedding across the world could be extremely stressful. We made a trip out to Bali a year before our wedding and Anthony guided us through the food tastings and the tour of our venue. Everything from then on was smooth sailing. Ari was our primary wedding planner and she was always there to respond to any questions or inquiries we had about the wedding and basically held our hands during the whole process. From planning a wedding from scratch, to the rundowns, technical meeting, rehearsals all the way down to the the actual wedding day everything was so organized and we were honestly so amazed. We mean it when we say that we can't thank the Vowever team enough for all they've done in helping us with our dream wedding. Our family and friends have nothing but good things to say and have repeatedly said this was the best wedding they've attended. We truly think that our day wouldn't have gone so well without you guys!! Special shoutout to Dea my bride assist. I couldn't have gone through the day without you! From literally running after me to help with my train and veil to your good vibes and words of encouragement thank you from the bottom of my heart!! Also shoutout to Melly as well I know my bridesmaids absolutely loved you! Also can't forget to mention how amazing you guys are at content creation. Since we don't have much time to go on our phones during the wedding day it was so nice to have your video recaps to look back on after the wedding day. Thank you Ari, Anthony, Dea and to the rest of the team that were behind the scenes. Wedding planning can be an absolute nightmare but with you guys by our side the process was actually fun. OMG OMG I don't even have words to describe how amazing our wedding was. Everything was like a movie. When you plan your dream wedding this is exactly what i wanted. They made every dream of mine come true. I have not one single comment. From the organization of the whole event to choosing vendors helping with ideas for decor. The assistantance we got the whole wedding day. Unbelievable. They ran after us even with fans to make sure we are not to hot. My guests were in shock with every part of thr wedding. Every single person said it was the best wedding they have ever seen in their life. Including celebrities weddings. Thank you so much

We engaged them 2 years before the wedding and they have been the best companion throughout the whole journey. The wedding would not have happened without you. Especially a huge shoutout to kak Bella who has worked extremely hard to make our wedding come true. Often times, due to work commitments we were only able to make calls after-hours. Not only that she accommodated our requests, but sometimes the calls can go for as long as 2-3 hours 😭❤️ she provided a lot of assurance throughout the planning process, but the jaw-dropping moment was during the day itself. A wedding can be an especially hectic day, especially for the bride and groom. We had about a team of at least 16 people on the floor and each of them contributed tremendously into making sure that the wedding went smoothly. From my bride assistant Dea, helped me from the wake-up calls, carrying around a Doraemon pouch that has (literally) everything, even paying attention to the smallest details like the time I had to take my tablets, always making sure that I would never go hungry or thirsty and never once left my side. The genuine Vito, who gave it all and put in so much effort into making sure that the groom was always ready and comfortable. Melly who has been there to assist us not only during RSVP process but had to handle six bridesmaids on the day. Everyone worked so hard, not only to ensure our comfort but also punctuality of each event - making sure that the bride, groom, family and guests were all fully attended to. Angel and Cok Karen who were there for our immediate families. Of course, there are names who had contributed hugely to our big day - and although we can't name them one by one, both of us would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to each and every one of you. We have never felt such love and genuine care from a (honestly) group of strangers this much before. Again, kak Bella, thank you for literally - stressing, laughing and even crying together with me. Thank you for not only trying to accommodate our requests, for tirelessly listening to our ideas and concerns and for putting in so much heart and effort in making sure that everything will go as smoothly as possible (she literally went to pick my MUA at her hotel midnight, just so the makeup will start on the dot 😭). We enjoyed our wedding day with zero concerns, mainly because you were there. You guys are truly amazing in what you do and we both wish for the best to ko Tony , kak Bella and the vowever team! They ensured that everyone left and arrived safely—even helped us get a Gojek after we missed the shuttle.” 🗣 “I've been to many weddings, Bali ones included—but your WO is the friendliest I've ever met.” 🗣 “They greeted every guest like family.” 🗣 “During the revow, one of the koko offered me an umbrella in case it was too hot.” 🗣 “Melly was so quick and efficient—she even chased after our stuff when we forgot something. When I picked up my bag myself, she was so shocked, thinking it had gone missing!” 🗣 “They collected and steamed all the bridesmaid robes and groomsmen suits, woke us up in the morning—we literally only had to smile and be happy.” 🗣 “Your WO was SO amazing.”

Kak Bella, Ko Ton, and the whole Vowever team — thank you so much for everything! From the start to the very last second on the big day, you were all incredibly responsive, helpful, and full of heart. Honestly, it felt like you were just as stressed as we were — in the best way possible! 😂 Our parents couldnt stop complimenting how beautiful the event was, and honestly? Same. I still feel like I accomplished something major by finding you guys on Instagram. 🤣 You handled everything so attentively and creatively, filled in all the gaps we overlooked, and made sure everything was ready on time. Even when we caused a bit of chaos (oops), you handled it like pros — no panic, just solutions. You may have many clients, but to us, you'll always be our only wedding planner — the one who truly helped bring our dream wedding to life. We had an incredible experience with Vowever - it really made our wedding dreams come true. We first booked them in October 2023 from a friends recommendation, and we havent regretted the decision ever since. At the beginning, Anthony gave us great advice and found right the balance between asking the right questions and giving us recommendations when we were unsure or stuck. In December 2023, we visited Bali to tour venues, and Anthony and Bella made everything a smooth process, after which we chose our first choice - AYANA. From December 2023 till our wedding June 2025 - the Vowever team was again with us every step of the way. From countless WhatsApp coordination to many Zoom meetings - we felt so supported and knew that we were in the right hands. We met Ari - our lead for the wedding day - in December 2024 during our food tasting. For the next 7 months, especially in the critical last month leading up to the wedding day, Ari was ready to support us seemingly 24/7. From the extremely detailed rundowns, to managing the budget and invoices, to all of the “small” decisions about decor and music and dress code, Ari supported us with confidence and grace. Everything was made even better by how cheery and supportive she was throughout the process, especially with helping handle all of the feelings of stress and overwhelm. Ari was a constant calming presence. On the wedding day itself - the Vowever team really showed why they're the pros you should trust. Every coordinator and assistant supported not only us, but our bridal party and family. During and immediately after the wedding, we were showered with so many compliments from family and friends, and we can't help but immediately think about all of the people behind the scenes who made it happen.
