How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Likewise, the span of time required varies depending on the level of complexity, nature and requirements of our partners. Our team generally follows a close guideline of 10 working days after the wedding, mostly for actual wedding photoshoots. Conversely, pre-wedding photoshoots will require an extended period of time naturally due to its complexed composition of work processes - about 20 working days. Nonetheless, believing in actively engaging with our clients being our partners, we commit ourselves towards customising every aspect towards what our partners' visions; which requires a level of flexibility. Guidelines are for clients - flexibility for partners.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
This is highly dependent on the requirement{s} and/or circumstances of the particular work and our partners. Typically, our partners will be able to review proof within 3-7 working days from the wedding or even earlier, if possible. Our team strives to foster and maintain a close and healthy communication between ourselves and our clients; that's why we make partners.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Ideally, it is recommended for all contacts to be executed between 6-12 months prior to the wedding, typical of the industry; largely due to planning, preparation and conceptualisation of the work process. However, we strongly believe that everyone's perception{s} of expectations are vastly distinct; therefore could result in discrepancies to the above. That said, do contact us at any point you wish for our assistance, for we pledge our sincerest advice and expertise in addressing your expectations. - Commitment is what we promise; not over-promise
