    Wedding Cake

    Do you offer private tastings or open house tastings?
    & Cake consultations include tasting of a selection of 3 cake flavors from our list. Sessions available upon advance booking. Consultation fee $30 fully redeemable upon payment confirmation of orders above $200
    Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?
    What dietary needs do you accomodate?
    No pork,  Nut free,  Vegan,  Vegetarian
    What (if any) special ingredients, such as fresh fruits or farm-fresh butter, do you use in your cakes?
    We use fresh fruits in a selection of our cake flavors; Valrhona Chocolate in our chocolate cakes and ganache. Special requests of eggless, nut free and vegan cakes cake be done. Our cakes are made without pork or lard
    What kind of desserts do you cater?
    Cheeze,  Cookies,  Cupcakes,  Dessert buffet,  Fruit,  Pastries
    On average, how far in advance of the event do you prepare the cake?
    Our order schedule gets filled 1-2 weeks prior. Orders are accepted only upon payment confirmation, subject to availability of our order schedule.
    What cake accessories, such as a cake stand or cake cutter do you rent out?
    Cake stands, glass jars, accessories etc can be rented upon request
    What other services do you provide?
    Dessert station,  Bonboneries and wedding favors
    How far in advance should your client make an order?
    The most ideal time is for customers to contact us 6-12 months before the wedding
    What makes your product and services unique?
    Our bespoke cakes are fully customized, from cake flavors, ingredients, colors, specifications and right down to details.
    What payment systems are available for your business?
    Bank transfer, Credit card payment, PayPal, Cash
    What is your payment terms?
    Full payment for acceptance and confirmation of order.
    When was your business established?
    The White Ombré started in 2014. Prior to that, our founding chef directors have already started the trade since 2000.
