Rey and I were truly honored to have Taylor as our wedding photographer. I just so happen to have stumbled across one of her beautiful photos in one of the many “Wedding in Houston” magazines. I thought to myself, WOW, I would love to hire a photographer that could capture amazing photos of my family and I and turn them into timeless pieces of art; so unique and different from your traditional portrait. After reading Taylor's blog, I knew she was unique, not just another person with a nice camera calling themselves a “Wedding Photographer”! During our first meeting with Taylor, we were able to get a sense of how passionate and genuine she truly is. We met with a few other photographers prior to and not one, was as kind hearted and professional as Taylor Golden.
A few weeks before our Engagement/Family photo session, Taylor and her husband were one of many victims of Hurricane Harvey, yet Taylor did not allow the aftermath of Harvey affect her passion for capturing great shots for our photoshoot.
Throughout my wedding planning, even the day of, I had issues with just about every other vendor, but Taylor was always a breath of fresh air. I knew regardless if everything else fell apart, I could depend on Taylor! She was there for advice and suggestions even if it was completely unrelated to photography. What I love about her as a professional and person, is that she is very open and honest and extremely down to earth. She was exactly what I was looking for as my Wedding Photographer! Not only was she our wedding photographer, we signed up with a program she calls “A client for life”. There is not another photographer we would like to capture our family other than Taylor Golden. Thank you, Taylor!
Engagement Photo Session
Taylor was a lot of fun to work with. My fiance and I are not easy to photograph but she made us feel incredibly comfortable and brought out the best in us. Our photos turned out amazing! I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a photographer that takes a personal interest in ensuring the end product is a reflection of your personality.
