1. Prepare budget with wedding planner based on couple chosen vendor 2. Arrange and providing services of vendor options to couple such us Wedding Venue, Accommodation, Food & Catering, Decoration, Photography, Cinematography, Make up Artist, Sound & Lighting, Wedding Cake, and Souvenirs. 3. Scheduling any meeting between wedding planner and vendor with couple. Including venue inspection, vendor appointments, food tasting, and make up trial. 4. Prepare the rundown for the wedding event before the wedding date. 5. Coordinate all of the activities with wedding venue and selected wedding service providers. 6. Conduct final meeting with all of team and various wedding vendor. 7. Rehearsal with couple and family before the wedding day. 8. 1 (one) wedding supervisor and wedding coordinator based on job section.
