Wedding Planning (Up to 12 months preparation) and Wedding Organizer (Full day) ✔️ Assist in creating wedding concept and budget ✔️ Give wedding vendor list (venue, catering, documentation, decoration, make up, wedding attire, entertainment, MC, souvenir, invitation, etc) based on client's budget in order to be choosen by the client ✔️ Give suggestion and recommendation regarding the vendors to be chosen ✔️ Contact the chosen vendors to make appointment (Meeting, location survey, food tasting, attire fitting, etc) ✔️ Help with negotiation and dealing with all the wedding vendor’s quotation and contract ✔️ Follow up the wedding vendors from the beginning until D-day ✔️ Be the mediator between client and wedding vendors ✔️ Make timeline and checklist in wedding preparation ✔️ Make rundown for the event and liaise with MC ✔️ Provide professional crews on the wedding day (10 persons) ✔️ Manage VIP invitees (maximum 20 VIP invitees) ✔️ Full day working hour (18 hours), including preparation and clear up ✔️ Coordinating and monitoring anything regarding the wedding day as perfect as planned ✔️ Five times meeting (Include technical meeting) both physically or virtually ✔️ KUA arrangement (from sub-district level) ✔️ Wedding guidance booklet (for family PIC) ✔️ Wedding report ♥️ FREE consultation via Whatsapp anytime you need us ♥️ FREE rent decorated wedding hampers, up to 8 boxes ♥️ FREE rent rustic ring bearer ♥️ FREE rent infrared thermometer to check the invitees, 2 pcs ♥️ FREE hand sanitizer 500 ml, 8 pcs (as per usage) ♥️ FREE disposable mask, 1 box (as per usage) ♥️ FREE gloves for ijab kabul, 3 pairs Note: ✏️ During this pandemic season, the implementation of the event will refer to the applicable government regulations and policies ✏️ The crew quantity requirement would be adjusted based on the agenda, location, specific condition, government and venue regulation & policy ✏️ Additional crew: Rp 1,5 mio / person
