PLANNER & ORGANIZER SERVICE Include : Wedding Planner & Organizer, Assist during preparation wedding day Wedding Team during Ceremony and Reception day Create time schedule and consult the run down with couple 4 weeks before the wedding day On - site management and coordination with all vendors so that all the events (wedding ceremony, Teapai, Dinner reception) Run on time and smoothly Attend, assist and act as time keeper for bride, groom , family from morning (before make-up starts, time TBD), until event ended (all vendors finish clean up from venue, time TBD) with at least 10 staffs Sourcing, liaising and managing the wedding suppliers, services and vendors Wedding vendor services advice Consolidate vendors and suppliers details and services Vendor's referral if necessary Designing floor plan layouts Technical meetings with couple, parents, and all releated vendor Arrange schedule, pick up and attend couple and/or with parents for vendor survey Wedding rehearsal coordination Help to arrange liturgy (Catholic Wedding Ceremony ) , Assist couple to contact and coordinate with the Church during the preparation - If Any Preparing wedding check list and logistic Meeting with venue coordinators and vendors to make sure the vendors deliver the agreed service according the contract with couple On-site rehearsal if necessary Unlimited e-mail and phone contact
