LYCHEE MARTINI LYCHEE MARTINI is a classic tipple that everybody loves to drink. Our beverage director, Kenny Soetomo (Suntory Cup Australia National Champion) had created this classic cocktail using Aromatic London Dry Gin and Lychee Liqueur. Simple yet delicious cocktail, the fragrant lychee match beautifully with the botanicals from the Gin.
