    Worst service ever

    Dodgy Service provider. Three months after the wedding no contact was made regarding when we would get our video. When we tried contacting him, the phone number was disconnected and no reply to our emails. Had to get Consumer Affairs VIC involved to get our money back. Still never had the guts to tell us why he could not provide our wedding video. At least be honest and tell us what really happened. The most important day was never captured on video. Do not use this supplier............

    Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
    Do you provide raw footage to the client?
    Yes If a client requests to have the raw footage from the wedding, we will by all means provide.
    Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
    No It is not a requirement, however it is preferred
    Are you available to shoot after hours?
    How do you direct the couple when you are capturing their moments of their wedding?
    Usually after the ceremony, whilst everyone is taking photos, I will borrow the bridal and groom team for a quick video session where I can film some cinematic movement to add to their films
    What rate do you usually charge at?
    For weddings, our prices are charged on a day rate + package involvement.
    How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
    We like to quote for 1-2 months after the wedding, however, in many cases our films are delivered within a couple of weeks from the wedding
    How far in advance should your client contact you?
    Ideally, we'd prefer our client to contact us at least two months before the wedding.
    How many people do you have in your team to handle a wedding?
    Depending on the scale of the wedding and what package the client chooses, our team can range from 1-4 people on the wedding day
    What makes your services unique?
    Our films are unique as we get to know our clients, tell their story and produce a high quality, cinematic, story-telling film.
    What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
    In many cases, our clients take care of the meals for us, however, if informed before the wedding day, our videographer/s can sort themselves out.
    What payment systems are available for your business?
    Bank transfer, Credit card payment, PayPal, Cash

    50% before wedding date
    When was your business established?
    Our business was established in 2016 however, our team have been working in the industry for over 25 combined years
