    Do you provide catalog or custom products?
    Custom-made Our custom designs are created just for you, our design fees have no limit on edits. We want to make it 100% perfect and stress free. ,  Catalog/ off-the-shelf Our gallery designs are a simple and cost effective way to have beautiful stationery for your wedding.
    What services do you include in your package?
    Design Design services (choose either a gallery or custom design),  Printing Printing services (letterpress printing and if required, flat printed pieces),  Assembly Optional assembly (we can take care of the assembly of your invitations, and even mail them for you if you wish)
    Is there a minimum order requirement?
    Yes due to the nature of letterpress we suggest that orders not be below 40.
    Do you provide services in other cities or countries?
    Yes we print for clients nationwide and internationally.
    Do you provide delivery services for the invitations?
    Yes all Australian orders include standard delivery, although we suggest clients add the optional insurance fee to their order for peace of mind.
    Do you ship worldwide?
    Yes we can deliver worldwide, however there will be additional delivery fees dependent upon the delivery destination and the weight of the order.

    Do you use any special technology or technique?
    What design styles do you specialize in?
    Classic, typographic, floral, botanical, elegant, vintage, calligraphy, contemporary, monogram, modern, romantic.
    What is your average turnaround time, from initial consultation to shipment?
    Our design production time can vary from 2-6 weeks on average, dependent upon the brief. The print production time is 4-5 weeks, although this can be reduced to 3 weeks for an additional fee.
    How far in advance should your client make an order?
    We prefer to commence working with our clients 3-6 months ahead of their wedding day, a relaxed design process ensures that you get exactly what you are looking for. And we suggest that your delivery date be 9 weeks prior to your wedding.

    We endeavour to create wonderful and unique designs that reflect your style and event styling. We work very closely with every client and treasure the relationships that can come from working with wonderful people.
    What payment systems are available for your business?
    Bank transfer, Credit card payment, PayPal
    What is your payment terms?
    A 40% design deposit is required for all custom printing orders, the remaining balance is due prior to commencement of printing. For any supplied design printing we require 100% payment prior to printing.
    When was your business established?
    Paper Elephant was formed in 2010.

    A small boutique letterpress studio in the upper Blue Mountains outside of Sydney. We produce unique and beautiful invitations for our clients. Our broad selection of styles and sizes allows couples find a solution that stays within their budget.
