Yummy food
We had a tasting with this company a few months prior and were so impressed. The food on the night of our wedding was amazing. They even gave some to the photographers to take around in the car while we got photos done so we didn't miss out on the yummy canapes. Great service
Good food and respond
We found Oma Thia from Bride story apps after got unreasonable offer from our WO.
Oma Thia has vary kind of menu and options, we did the food testing in Bali. The dinning room are new and cute.
Our guest are happy with the food during the reception.
Fabulous food and service
As a guest in their wedding, i was blown away with the food and services. The food was delicious and presented in unique and beautiful setting buffet tables. Moreover, the service was awesome, the staff very friendly and helpful to the guests. I would definitely recommend Oma Thia's to my friends and relatives who will have wedding soon.

I received complaints.
Although the food is good and prepared on time, I received so many complaints from my guest.
1. The drinks server are really slow. Usually, the server will go around and check whether the glass is empty or not, but my guest need to keep calling them.
2. Very slow in refilling the food tray. My guest thought the food are all gone because the tray was empty for quite some time.

Dear Jesslyn,
On behalf of Oma Thia's Catering we apologize for these matters.
However please allow us to explain..
1. For non alcoholic beverages we served pass around, and for the mineral water we already went around and refilled the empty glasses. As for the alcoholic beverages, we admitted that we had slow service, consider we only had 1-2 bottles from the Organizer gradually. However, we still served and let the guests know about this matter.
2. About slow refilling in the food tray, most of the dishes is live cooking menu such as Pork Ribs, Satay and Grilled Corn that we had to do it live in front of the guests. And yes, the guest have to wait a bit for the grilled dishes to refill at our food tray, consider these type of foods are the favorites. And as we know, the Organizer opened the Buffet 10 minutes earlier without letting us know, from 7pm to 6.50pm while we were still preparing all the grilled dishes.
But again, we apologize for these matters. And will not happen in our future events.

Thank you so much for providing us with a very tasty food! I honestly can’t find anything negative to say, it was breathtaking. The guests all loved the food, every one of them were telling me how good it all was! Oma Thia’s team has been very lovely to work with, they responded quickly, and everything were handled professionally by them. The staff were all so friendly, and their service was outstanding. All I can say, for Oma Thia is, you are amazing!
