Does a client need to schedule an appointment?
We can have everything discussed online or to schedule a meetup when it's needed.
Do you provide your services in other cities or countries?
I photograph across Singapore, Malaysia and people whom my work resonates with, at their location.
How do you usually direct the couple during a photoshoot?
I will first talk with the couple to understand their personality and temperament. During the actual shoot, I will only guide them slightly in hope to help them project their authentic self in pictures.
What rate do you usually charge at?
We charge based on the efforts in need, and of course, the content a client is looking to have at the end of the day.
How soon after the event will the proof be ready for review?
Usually in a month's time, it's largely season dependent.
How long does it take for the client to receive the final product?
Depending on season, two months if prints are involved.
How far in advance should your client contact you?
Usually we are booked 9-12 months ahead of a couple's wedding date. I'd recommend asap if it's a wedding day, while 6 months ahead if it's a prewedding photo session aka engagement portrait.

What makes your services unique?
I'd like to think that I have good empathy to other people and a unique sense of aesthetics. This formed the basis of my work which I described as 'heartfelt aesthetics'.
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, is it a requisite for the client to provide your meal?
If a wedding ceremony and reception goes back-to-back, we appreciate that the couple could help to provide us a simple vendors' meal so we can stay focused on anticipating moments throughout the day.
What payment systems are available for your business?
Bank transfer, PayPal, Cash
What is your payment terms?
50% after confirmation of our personal photography agreement, balance payable around the photo shoot period.
